30 DAYS REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
Vertu Mobile is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Our phones meet the latest global quality standards. We provide 30 days replacement warranty if the product shipped to you has a manufacturing defect. This covers the phone as well as accessories such as charger, earphones, etc. subject to company policy.
Our replacement policy makes it easy for our customers to report hardware defects and getting a new one. The warranty is valid anywhere in India.
Please note the warranty is not transferable from one person to another. The company’s decision regarding replacement will be final and binding.
Process of replacement.
To request a replacement, the customer needs to inform us about the nature of the defect within 10 days from the date of delivery. For replacement related queries, please call us at 9920155324 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once we get your replacement request, we will arrange for a pickup from your address. Our experts will examine the phone and if the phone is not serviceable, a brand new replacement phone will be delivered to you.
Please note that the 30 day replacement warranty is valid only in case of manufacturing defects. It does not apply if the product gets physically damaged while being used. For example, in case the phone outer body or screen is damaged, the 30 day warranty does not apply.
Similarly, the warranty will not be applicable, in case of software related issues. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow the manufacturer’s instructions that are included with the handset.

Vertu Mobile aims to provide 100% customer satisfaction. In case, after purchase a phone, you decide that it does not suit your personal style or if you would like to exchange it for another phone, you have the option of getting a replacement phone of either the same, higher or lower value. The original phone must be returned on the same day as per company policy.
