30 DAYS REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

Vertu is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Our phones meet the latest global quality standards. We provide 30 days replacement warranty if the product shipped to you has a manufacturing defect. This covers the phone as well as accessories such as charger, earphones, etc. subject to company policy.

Our replacement policy makes it easy for our customers to report hardware defects and getting a new one. The warranty is valid anywhere in India.

Please note the warranty is not transferable from one person to another. The company’s decision regarding replacement will be final and binding.

Process of replacement

To request a replacement, the customer needs to inform us about the nature of the defect within 10 days from the date of delivery. For replacement related queries, Please contact our customer support desk or e–mail us at support@vertumobile.in

Once we get your replacement request, we will arrange for a pickup from your address. Our experts will examine the phone and if the phone is not serviceable, a brand new replacement phone will be delivered to you.

Please note that the 30 day replacement warranty is valid only in case of manufacturing defects. It does not apply if the product gets physically damaged while being used. For example, in case the phone outer body or screen is damaged, the 30 day warranty does not apply.

Similarly, the warranty will not be applicable, in case of software related issues. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow the manufacturer’s instructions that are included with the handset.

Return/Refund

We provide 7 days return or refund policy.

Vertu aims to provide 100% customer satisfaction. In case, after purchasing a phone, you decide that it does not suit your personal style or if you would like to exchange it from another phone, you have the option of getting a replacement phone of either the same, higher, or lower value. In case of refund we will refund your amount in to your bank account once we receive product from you. The original phone must be returned on the same day as per company policy.

We arrange pickup of product from your address in both the cases.
